Ingredients
- 500 ml lukewarm water
- 25 ml olive oil
- 40 g fresh yeast
- 20 g salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 925 g all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast, salt, and sugar in lukewarm water and olive oil.
- Gradually add the flour and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Let the dough rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- After resting, knead the dough again, cover it, and refrigerate for 2 days.
- Once rested, the dough is ready to be shaped into 6 round pizzas.
- Preheat your oven to the highest possible temperature before baking for the best results.
